Any misuse or misconfiguration of the system by client staff.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the past 30 days of active service.

Payments are overdue.

The client breaches any terms or uses services unethically.

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice in accordance with their agreement.
